1. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the information you give is true, and that you are legally allowed to take part where you live. Each person may hold one account.

2. What the platform is

virtualfarmingbd.com is a virtual poultry and bird farming platform with an investment-simulation model. Animals, birds and eggs are in-platform virtual items. virtualfarmingbd.com is not a bank, not a licensed financial institution and does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Use at your own risk — no guarantees

You use the platform and make any plan purchase, investment or farming-simulation decision entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee any income, profit, return or continuity of earnings. Results depend on the plan you activate, its egg schedule and egg price, and on platform rules that can change. You may earn less than you expect, or nothing, and you should only use money you can afford to lose.

4. Plan purchases and activation

Paying for a farming plan activates the plan (your virtual animal/bird). The payment is not a wallet deposit and is not credited to your available balance. Payments are verified by our administrators; we may reject payments that are incorrect, incomplete, duplicated or suspicious. Plans have a validity period shown at activation.

5. Eggs and earnings

Active plans produce eggs on the schedule shown for the plan. Earnings arise only when you collect and sell eggs; the sale value is credited to your available balance at the egg price of your plan. We may correct errors, and may adjust plans offered in the future.

6. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and a 5% service fee applies. Each request must be confirmed with a 6-digit code sent to your registered email, after which it is Pending until reviewed by the administration. We may delay, hold or refuse a withdrawal that fails verification, appears fraudulent or breaches these Terms. You are responsible for entering a correct wallet number.

7. Referral program

When a user you referred activates a plan you may receive a direct commission, at a percentage set by the administration. No commission is paid on egg sales. Self-referral, fake accounts and any manipulation of the program are prohibited and may lead to forfeiture of commission and account suspension.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not: use false identity or multiple accounts; use funds from illegal sources; attempt to hack, overload or misuse the platform or its payment flows; use bots or automation to gain an advantage; abuse or harass staff or users; or upload unlawful, malicious or infringing files.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud, and may withhold balances connected to the breach where permitted by law. You may stop using the platform at any time.

10. Availability

We aim for continuous service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages and third-party failures (for example wallets, email or hosting) can occur.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, virtualfarmingbd.com and its owners are not liable for any loss of money, profit, data or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law and contact
